Design:reasonable design to reduce the carriage weight with full load,simple structure,easy to disassemble,reduce the user’s investment costs and create more profits.

Material:Adopt light weight high-strength steel and ordinary high-strength steel to weld space frame structure by longitudinal girders,transverse girders,which can balance the structure’s strength,stiffness,toughness,with strong loading ability and avoiding permanent deformation.

Craft:longitudinal girders adopt a flat type or gooseneck type.Plate height from 400 to 500.Longitudinal girders is welded by automatic submerged arc welding.Shot blasting the frame to remove the surface stress,reinforce the aesthetic of the surface and spray adhesion.

Suspension system:adopt new suspension system,high intensity,resistance the impact force;balance each axle load,design the system rod angle reasonably.To reduce the friction sliding distance between the tires and floor when on the bumpy road,which reduce the wear rate of tires and adjust rod,adjust axle distance and also avoid partial to the grinding wheels.
