Let's take a look at the common problems and solutions for container loading and unloading semi-trailers:
1. Why does the car go down when the lift switch of the instrument panel is pressed; and when the descent switch of the instrument panel is pressed, the car lifts? A: This is caused by the reverse of the solenoid valve that controls the lift. There are three ways to eliminate: 1 pair of wires that lift and lower the switch on the instrument panel; 2 pairs of wires that control the lift-down solenoid valve; and 3 pairs of gas pipes that distribute the valve.
2. Does the dump truck not lift? A: The dump truck should not be lifted to check the following parts. Check the power take-off: first look at whether the drive shaft connected to the oil pump is rotating. If it does not turn, it indicates that there is a problem in this part of the power take-off (the solenoid valve of the power take-off or the power take-off itself has a problem); There is no problem with the device, you should investigate further.
Check the oil pump: 1 Is the oil pump rotation correct? Extend the left hand, the thumb is facing the oil pump spline, the same as the rotation of the remaining fingers, it is a left-handed pump, and vice versa is a right-handed pump. 2 Is the oil pump damaged? When the oil pump is worn, it will cause the high and low pressure chambers of the oil pump to communicate and cannot pump oil.
Check the distribution valve: 1 Whether the air pipe on the distribution valve is gas. Press the lift, lower switch, and the two air lines on the distribution valve are gas. If there is no gas, it means that the solenoid valve that controls the lift is faulty, and the solenoid valve should be replaced. 2 Is the distribution valve damaged?
3. Is the lifting speed of the car box adjustable, and is it a fault if the automatic lowering speed is faster? A: The lifting speed is not adjustable. Falling too fast is a symptom.
4. What are the important hydraulic components of the hydraulic lifting system, and what is the role? A: oil pump - oil supply; check valve - control the flow of oil; distribution valve (rotary valve) - control the lifting and lowering of the car; cylinder - generate thrust.
5. How to solve the climbing problem in the process of lifting? A: Sometimes there is a climb in the car lift process. This phenomenon is mostly caused by the intake of the hydraulic system, which is filled with oil and gas mixture.
